Option 1: includes painting the exterior timber finishes such as facia, eaves, weatherboards, windows, door frames, and doors. We will begin by pressure cleaning as necessary, followed by sanding and scraping any loose or flaky paint (please note that complete removal of all coatings is not included in the estimate). All surfaces will be sanded, and any gaps or patches will be filled using suitable external fillers. We will then apply one coat of a one-step water/oil-based primer and finish with two coats of Dulux Weathershield top coats. Excluding any item not listed, scaffolding, plant hire equipment if required.

Option 2: includes painting the exterior timber such as facia, eaves, weatherboards, windows, door frames, doors. Complete removal of previous coatings back to a bare substrate on timber finishes, sand all surfaces back to a smooth surface, removal of any rotted timber (if areas need new timber to replace this will be at an additional cost to the client listed on the quote) apply 1 x coat one step water/oil base primer, patch/gap or fill as required using appropriate external fillers only, apply 2 x coats Dulux weathershield top coats. Excluding any item not listed, scaffolding, plant hire equipment if required.
